Request: Assym building type for future blacklisting

I noticed on Takistan, this building type can spawn Recruitment HQ's (etc) but unfortunately it cannot be destroyed:

These are all over the valleys above the main roads on the map. I can get coordinates or a building type (if someone can tell me how to find the building type) if that would help.

point your cursor at it, press ESC, in one of the grey boxes in the debug console type:
getModelInfo cursorTarget
